Doza
GLP-1 injection and health tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch. No account, data on device.
Doza keeps track of a GLP-1 routine: Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda and Rybelsus. A live card counts down to the next shot and reminders make sure it is not missed, the pen and its dose steps are set up once, injection sites rotate so the same spot is not used twice in a row, and side effects are logged with how strong they were and when they hit. Around the medication sit the everyday numbers that go with it: weight, water, heart rate from the iPhone camera or an Apple Watch (as estimates, not diagnoses), and sleep, with a night mode and a smart alarm.
Trends show where it is all heading, and a PDF report puts the whole picture in front of your doctor. It ships in 32 languages with no account and no sign-up: everything lives on the device and, if you turn it on, in your own private iCloud. Built with SwiftUI, SwiftData, HealthKit, WidgetKit and ActivityKit, on the same clean MVVM architecture as Crosso.
