Faultline tracks earthquakes in real time on iOS and Android. It pulls from four independent seismic data sources at once, fingerprints and deduplicates the reports so the same quake never arrives twice, and alerts you from whichever source got there first — which, in the minutes that matter, is the whole design goal.
It ships in 34 languages, with a Flask backend feeding both apps. I wrote the iOS app first and then ported it to Android end to end, including the real-time pipeline, Play Console release management, and Android 15 edge-to-edge compliance.
